Hello,

I had a couple of plumbing questions -

1) Should I bother with thread sealants for loc line threaded adapter that screws into the return bulkhead?

2) I’m redoing plumbing where I originally used Teflon tape on a thread to slip adapter for a sch80 bulkhead and caused a slow leak. While redoing it with thread sealant, should I only hand tighten the adapter? Or use a channel lock to turn it about 1/8 more?

Any advice would be appreciated

No need for sealant on locline fittings that screw into your return bulkhead

I would hand tighten and use channel locks to do another 1/8-1/4 turn :)
