Three tangs losing tissue on fins

I just picked up a tomini, yellow, and powder blue tang that all are starting to have tissue loss on their fins. They have been in qt now for three days. No meds have been started as I just got them to eat. What should I start with? Here’s what I have:

-cupramine
-copper power
-general cure powder packets
- furan-2
- Kanaplex
- praziquantel
-metronidazole
- focus

I also have 1 Midas Benny, 2 bangaiis, 3 firefish, and a royal gramma in the tank. These guys don’t seem to have any fun loss.

Tank is a 40breeder with emperor 400 with sponge filters and bio media in the back chambers as well as a double sided sponge filter for biological filtration. I also have an old Jebao wp-25 powerhead In there for flow.

They all started eating yesterday.

Are they aggressive at all towards each other? I think I would start with a freshwater dip to check for flukes otherwise.

The powder is by himself. The yellow and the tamini are together but I don’t see them bugging each other.

Any ideas as to what’s issue may be causing the fins to lose tissue?

I think I’m going to start my first round of Prazipro tomorrow now that everyone is eating good.

I have mysis and bloodworms
Soaked in general cure and focus. I soaked some spectrum pellets in it as well before I fed last.

Flukes can cause tattered fins. A 5-minute freshwater dip will confirm or rule out flukes as a possibility:

If there are no flukes present, could be bacterial (fin rot). But, not as likely in this case. Also, water quality can play a part... so keep an eye on ammonia and try to keep on top of water changes to keep the tank from getting too murky.

Great video. I would probably have freaked out seeing my fish act like that. Don’t know if I would have left it like that for 5 mins.
