Three white dots and dots white on fin

Hey all. Got a yellow tang. Has three white locals things right behind it’s fin and a white spot on the fin where it touches the white spots. Thoughts? Just showed up today after over a month in the tank

I know those are terrible pictures but reading and researching all I can find is Lymphocystis virus? It’s very localized to that one spot. Not sure what else to do besides wait it out? Thoughts?
