Three wrasses in 80g?

Im wondering if it would be possible to add another wrasse in my 80g 4 feet tank. I have one carpenters flasher wrasse and one ornate leopard in my tank and im considering adding a halichoeres chrysus. The flasher is full grown but timid, the leopard is very small (a bit smaller than 2"). They dont seem to care about one another. I want to get a small chrysus, do you think it will work out well?

Other fish are:
Ocellaris pair
Royal Gramma
Fire goby Nemateleotris magnifica
Pajama cardinal

Tank is very peaceful overall so i dont want to mess it up. The royal gramma is the most territorial of them all.

Anyone with experience and an opinion on this?

You are getting close to your limit of fish for that size tank but I see no problem with adding another Wrasse.

I agree, my plan is max 8 so this will be the last fish i add, if i do. Im a bit worried about potential aggression between the wrasses though.

I disagree. Those are mostly low bioload fish in an 80 gal 4ft tank. You can probably carefully add a few more fish without any problem, as long as aggression doesn't become an issue.

H. chrysus is one of the best Halichoeres to add for a peaceful tank. I have an H. chrysus and an M. bipartitis together and they get along well. Others like a melanurus are a bit more risky.

I personally would also add another flasher like a P. cyaneus. The second flasher may change the behavior of the Carpenter and promote more displaying behavior.

My biggest concern would be the pair of clowns. If they suddenly decide to become territorial, that becomes a larger problem. I have a pair of clowns in jail right now for attacking my fairy wrasse. They didn't bother the 4" H. chrysus and 4" M. bipartitis--they probably had one look at the leopard's "throat tooth" and thought best to leave her alone.

It really depends on if there are plenty of homes for the fish and hiding places in rock. I know a lot of people on here have way more fish but I think you'll be fine. None of your fish are that big I have 7 fish in my 92 roughly 112 with sump probably add 3 more just gotta setup my qt tank. They have fish Acclimation Boxes that do wonder with aggression put them in the tank for a few days so the others get used to them.
