Has anyone run a hose for water changes from a mixing station through the ceiling/floor or wall? Would love to see how you did this and made it look pretty (for the wife to approve) and help me avoid carrying 5 gal buckets the 120ft weekly. Target tank volume to be ~100g.

Context: I'm in the midst of designing a sw mixing station build, which would require a 100ft horizontal + 15ft vertical run (through the garage, winds around, up the stairs through the front, and snakes back through the home) for a hose to DT, or

I can run 30ft of hosing/tubing directly to the DT through the ceiling of the garage and into the DT room to provide SW for water changes.

In time, the idea will be to have a controller facilitate AWC through the ceiling/floor/wall so some wall cutting and plumbing seems like the way to go.

Off-topic, but considering the panworld 200ps for this, in case anyone may have constructive commentary on this pump or any alternative.

No comment on the pump. As to the hole - I drilled a hole (1/2 inch) in the floor and ran the tube through.
