Happened across them by accident. I was looking for a specific zoa which they happened to have in stock. Communication and packaging was good. I was admittedly disappoint with the initial specimen I received. After some incredibly cordial back and forth we came to an amicable resolution. Customer service is key and tempering expectations but also understanding someone else's perspective goes a long way to resolving any issues that might come up. A tremendous thank you.
