I outfitted my entire system through BRS. I've had dozens of orders and not surprisingly ran into a couple of small problems. In both cases, the service has been top notch. I highly recommend them!!!

I would like to add to this. I made a very large purchase of new lights, controller, and others with there group buys. The prices to start one everyday items is better than Amazon however some prices are set. With the group buy I easily save over 500$!

Also got a 5$ one day only off coupon on my birthday. Didn't see the mail until after purchase I made a few days later and BRS honored it though I missed the day!

I've had good experiences with BRS as well. Their videos are very informative and they seem to do a good job of only selling good products. Great customer service as well. A few weeks ago a ordered some T5 bulbs. They were well packed in a heavy cardboard tube which looked like a truck ran over it be the time it got to me. I did a quick online chat, emailed them a picture of the damaged goods and they shipped out replacements right away.
