Hey everyone,

Today's update has some very nice pieces, especially if you're looking for stuff you may not encounter all the time! It's one of those ones that you may have to look at a few times to realize that what you've been waiting for is right there! Remember, everything here is WYSIWYG, and we're giving you free Fed Ex overnight shipping with a $200 order, and livestock orders of $250 or more receive a 10% discount (doesn't apply to dry goods). And of course, all of our livestock is backed by our rock-solid guarantees!

Here are just a few items from todays update:

We're also going to be phasing in (on an experimental basis) some pieces that are not WYSIWYG...These will be frags of items that we simply always have on hand (certain Acros, Chalices, Favia, Zoas, Palys, etc.) from our "farm" in quantities that we can offer a set price based on our ability to offer them at all times. This is a direct result of the success we are experiencing from propagating corals in house, and we're sharing the success with you! We will only do this for certain items, and the sizing and quality will be consistent across the board for a given species/morph. The other advantage of these "non-WYSIWYG" items will be lower pricing for these items! These items will be called "Stock" items, and we're excited to be able to do this after a year of operation.

Don't worry, this is not a change in operations. We built our business on WYSIWYG, thanks to YOUR suggestion, and we'll keep doing that every day. Rather, it's a way of lowering cost and increasing availability on certain items that we have all the time. The overwhelming majority of items on our site will be WYSIWYG. Doing this "stock" thing with some items allows us to concentrate on providing better WYSIWYG stuff each day, while not spending time photographing/pricing every single "Sunny D" Paly that we put up, for example.

An item like that will simply always be "in stock", and clearly labeled as such to avoid confusion. Everything we put up each day will still be WYSIWYG. And, if we DO find a particularly noteworthy specimen of say, Sunny D" Paly, we'll take its pic and put it on the site as a WYSIWYG item. We hope that you notice and appreciate these items as they start showing up. We're pretty excited about having the ability to do this; our "farm" is really working well!

Thanks for your support as we head towards our one year anniversary next month! (Hmm, what does THAT mean? A sale, perhaps?)

If you're looking for something you don't see here, just ask. As always, your comments, suggestions, criticisms, and friendship are all greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Scott Fellman and Joseph Caparatta
