Just wanted to take the time and speak about my experience with tidepool.

Going forward, this will be my only place for fish. The communication was 100 times more clear than anyone I have ever dealt with. The pictures and videos of the fish while they were in treatment along with eating updates made the wait seem longer, but 100 percent worth it and exciting.

The fish arrived in really good health, robust and energetic. Anytime you buy online you are always weary of what they will look like, but I don’t think I could have picked out better specimens myself locally.

even after I first spoke withthem, when they explained their process and the access they have to a variety of fish, I knew thisshould be good. When you go local and they have 1 or two dish to pick from, you’re picking from 2 fish. They have access to dozens of not 100’s, so getting a nicer one is easier when they have a lot to pick from.

again, very pleased with tidepool, and you can tell their entire process from finding the fish, medicating and shipment is on point.
