Tie dye shrooms...

So lately many people have been selling shrooms as tie dyes.
I know the o.g. shrooms went by that name as well as the tdf tie dye. Over time I have seen the o.g. shroom just be that an o.g. and nothing more. I.e.(poletti and kmaintl shrooms)

Tdf has been known as a legit tie dye shroom so what exactly would qualify the o.g. strain to be a tie dye? Or is tdf now the only reliable source/lineage?

It’s all in the name and whose initials are in front of it these days. Really hard to track lineage unless you can verify every person who has touched it.

To me the only reliable tie dye re the tdf. Anything from poletti and kmaintl are the basic o.g. jbs now but people selling their o.g. as tie dyes. That may confuse new collectors and then the confusion will continue with mislead info in what standards are nowadays for a tie dye.
