what do cowrie really feed on
When they’re smaller, They will eat some algae and scavenge for scraps, but as they get larger, they will eat anemones, sponges, and softie corals. The only inverts safe with them are urchins and starfish which they don’t eat

I have one about 3" long and I have several SPS . And so far none been touched. He does a good job grazing the algae though

No SPS- softies and excellent algae eaters
