So I have this pink tail trigger fish he is pretty big about 3 inches he has ich and I know it but it won’t drop off of him he had it on him for about 6 days at water temp 78 degrees he is eating very good very aggressive eater and sometimes I notice him just swiming in place at the bottom of the tank and other time he is swimming doing normal fish stuff. Just want some feedback/ suggestions and I have no room for a qt tank

Fatten him up with good quality food 3 times per day. Feed slowly and just enough so that no food goes to waste. Check parameters and keep nitrate below 10 and phosphates below .25. Make sure no other fish or humans cause any undue stress. Healthy fish in a healthy tank don't die from ich.

Thank you but do you know why he is going on a week with the white spots
