The only thing I've added was Tigger pods and they were small red dots. Fast forward two weeks and now i have the large white critters all in the sump. I even tried feeding one to my clown fish but she just nipped and spat it out.

Pics kinda blurry to me but doesn't look like a pod to me.
Is it moving?

Could be a nudi/slug of some sort. (From afar my first thought was pineapple sponge shape but obviously not if it's crawling and more slug-like)

I've tried so hard to get a good picture. They definitely don't move and they are kinda stuck to the glass. The tank has been up for like only 10 months.

If they don't move then it's likely a pineapple sponge. They're harmless and the population will balance out eventually. My clown doesn't touch them. They likely hitchhiked from coral frag plugs.
