Hi Tim,
I don’t know how to pm you , maybe someone will chime in but if you see this can you tell me if after receiving my icp with 0 nickel your advise of 20ml ( 400ltr tank) stands

Currently I have the 20ml in my ato for 10 days so less than the 3 days recommended

I’m a bit edgy given it’s a metal but would like to see the benefits of it at the correct level

I think I just need to trust the dose amount is exact to achieve 4 ug/l in 400 ltr being the current level actually 0 but even if the detection limit is 1.3 it won’t exceed the 5 max

Why is there no dosing value for 0 iron when it’s aparently needed especially for macro algae

.4 is to reach what level? That’s not per day because they put a max of 2ml per day
So what the heck is that of use?

It's a boost. You have to decide what boost you want and how often to use it. That's what I gave advice on.

I want to get to 1 and maintain that value

Here’s the plan
I’ll add 10ml to my ato which is 10 days but in 5 days I’ll send off the icp , empty the ato and replace with rodi no trace until I get the results

Forget the max claims and add that 1 ppb twice a week. Trying to fix iron at some specific level is not worth the effort, and there’s no evidence it has utility over dosing a few times a week.

I do not recommend iron in ATO due to the oxidation potential which can change the firm.

Well, OK, then lets go with that.

Forget the max dose. Their max dose appears to be 5 ug/L. You certainly can go much higher, but IMO, it's a waste to do so.
