So my tank is just about 4 months old. I currently have a clownfish and a damsel in the tank along with a peppermint shrimp, hermits and a few corals. I have 50 pounds of live rock and am planning on getting 50-75 more pounds of TBS during the summer. Right now I think it's time for another fish. I am looking for something unique. It is a 55 gal.

Great decision on the TBS rock.
Show us a picture of your tank if you would.

Fire fish and wrasses are jumpers, so covering the tank is necessary. Depending on the corals how about a dwarf angel of some kind? Black cap basslet or royal gramma would be a good fit. Almost any blenny or goby would work. It all depends on what type of fish you're wanting.

I have heard great things on TBS and seen some videos of reefers opening the rock up, absolutely outstanding. So as soon as summer rolls around And I have some extra time and cash I will be purchasing some.

Right now I only have a green mushroom and green star polyp. But i am hoping to expand that.

A group of zebra dartfish add action. Firefish are great, though if you get more than one ensure they are a bonded pr, otherwise one will kill the other. Jawfish are very interesting. A watchman goby and pistol shrimp pr provides an interesting commensal relationship. Royal grammas are boldly colored.

55g is on the small side for a tang. Some will say it's too small, others will say you could get a kole or tomini. I personally feel you could do a kole or tomini.
