While I don’t use flakes as a staple, my fish actually go crazy for them. Clearly need to get more. What do YOU feed?

-Cobalt
-Ocean nutrition ( formula 1 & 2, brine shrimp plus, prime reef and spirulina)

LRS Reef Frenzy Nano, extreme seaweed pellets, PE Mysis, sinking shrimp pellets so my cleaners aren’t tempted to steal, and my own frozen blend made from scallop, tuna, salmon, krill, clam, roe, shrimp, and seaweed all from the chinese supermarket which is actually very inexpensive. I take my feeding seriously!
