what do you find yourself spending time on in or on your tank? seems I am always checking my skimmer since I don't have an auto top off unit installed I have one sitting in a box just not installed yet lol..what do you constantly play with?

Constantly checking the skimmer and working on making sure corals are happy. And most of all, sitting back and watching the tank. :D

I practice making fish faces at my fish.

They are still not amused.

Building stuff for it so I don't have to play with it... Skimmer is set and forget I empty the cup like twice a week that's it.... I spend more time on here than anything lol...

I spend more time preparing food/feeding fish than anything else associated with my tank.

:hammer:

same here, add doing water changes to the mix every week or every other week. it's worth it for me though. ;)

Mixing the food and feeding the corals and the fish occupy 80% of my time. That's when I check on their health, what frag has been knocked over, any equipment issues, etc.... I find a lot of peace and enjoyment in doing all of these things. Even scraping algae and changing the water is a pleasure when it comes to my reef tanks. These are my babies and I love taking care of them

Constantly looking for stuff to fix in/out of my tank. :xd: Just a couple days ago I cleaned out all my aquarium stuff (Mind you I only have one 40BR tank) and now have about two decent sized boxes to donate to my LFS. I never thought this would happen to me...
