Hoping someone might have this frag from timeless corals?

I tried searching...but couldn't find this one and maybe that is because it looks different under different lighting?

However, I LOVE the muted colors...hoping to see if it actually looks like this under most lighting.

I do not.

Keep looking. Most of the fresh import speciosa look just like ones that people have gotten in and named in the past. Just find a generic one that looks similar.

Fairly safe to assume that is a maricultured colony. Maricultured versus captive aquacultured corals bring a very different level of potential mortality. Confirm how long it has been living in captivity. YMMV.

I appreciate that...but I very much understand the intercities of coral. Been doing this for 25+ years...I've also kept more species then most people in the trade.

Sounds like you should just buy the coral then and find out what it looks like under “most lighting”.

Is timeless corals back in operation? I used to get everything from them. They had great quality and prices but then shipping costs got to expensive they said and were only going to do wholesale I think to shops.

Are they open for retail again? It was a great place last year.

Those just look so different from the photos. They look very nice, but they are blue and the photo is completely different in terms of color...but if they are same, then this answers my question that "most" lighting will not look the same as whatever lighting they have them under.

If I could feel confident that it would look like the photo on their site, I would gladly buy the colony.
I know you have 25 years experience and have kept most species that many hobbyists can’t…..and are familiar with coral intricacies (assuming that’s what you meant by “intercities”). But do you have any experience with speciosa? Even if it looked exactly like the photo, which it won’t bc that’s a custom edited blue light pic, it won’t look anything like that 3 months later. Just like @Scott b referring to. I have about 25 speciosa’s and the only thing that resembles what they looked like 6-12 months ago is their sizes.
