Times are different?

Hello all,

I have a question about the times that are listed on the apex. Why are the times different for the different computers that I use? for example, on my phone it has one time on the apex... The pc that I use has a different time then my phone, and the laptop I use is different then the pc and the phone? I am afraid to start messing with the times because last time I did I messed everything up and had to call tech support... Is this something I should just leave alone or is it fixable?

You have to sync them
Make sure you have time zone set otherwise adjust manually
