Timing tang mark on face and tail

Hi guys, I just noticed a large white mark on my tang’s face above his lip and what looks like a dark patch similar to a grease stain on his tail. These were not here yesterday. I was wondering if anybody knows what these are? Thanks.

I just noticed there is another spot on his right pectoral fin. Could this be bacterial?
