It doesn't move. When I picked it up and repositioned it, it retracted its red tubes somewhat.

It doesn't have the feathery attachments. Here is a better picture with its tubes extended.

Possibly a tunicate. These are harmless filter-feeders.

ah i see.. sorry i mistook those openings for a feather duster... thats a tunicate covered in something... they are harmless

It's hard to imagine how a tunicate gets put into the Chordata phylum, the same phylum as animals with vertebrae (mammals, fishes, reptiles, birds, etc). It looks very primitive

Hard to see thru a flipper magnifier but may be tunicates. May be a lot of things. Need better pics under same lighting
