Tiny black specks

Ive notice some very small black specks attached to the base of an Acro and Duncan and they are on the surrounding rocks that the corals are attached to. They do not move and don't appear to be a type of bug. I did try dipping the Duncan with Coral RX and scrubbing the rock with a toothbrush, but the black things wouldn't come off. Any Ideas?

Looks like some kinda eggs to me...but IDK for sure more a follow post.
 
if your seeing the base of the coral receding, i'd pull and dip it as it could be nudi eggs. You could just pull an dip it to be safe if that is easy to do.
