And no they are not keds, I have keds reds and they are 3 times the size.

Hard to tell as the picture is not very clear with regards to the area around the mouth. They could be ATL's fire and ice zoa's. These are pretty small zoas.

Those are called "Tiny Bright Red Zoa" with blue mouth.
