I have what looks like a colony of tiny bristleworms on the thermometer in my quarantine. I can see about thirty worms on the thermometer.
The largest worm looks exactly like this one.

(I found this pic on a website during my search, I don't have a good camera so I couldn't get a good pic of the worms in my quarantine. They are tiny!)

The length is 1-4mm. Large ones have tiny jaws like that of a regular bristleworm.
They move slowly and sinuously like roundworms and planaria but I don't think they are either because my worms have jaws and their bodies are segmented.

I have two corals in the quarantine, a wall hammer and a frogspawn. (My very first corals!) I have two sexy shrimp with the corals as well, the shrimp don't seem to eat these worms. The worms may have come from the corals, but it may have come from my sump. I use simple sponge filters in the quarantine and the sponges were seeded for months in the sump in my display system.
It's day 78 of the quarantine, so I want to move the corals to the display if I can. But I found these worms on day 70 and have been wondering if I should get rid of these worms first. I can see these worms only on the thermometer but they could be living in the sponges as well, I'm not sure. I don't see any worms on my corals.
I did dip the corals with Coral Rx when I bought them, so the worms may have come as eggs.

The wall hammer has always looked very healthy. I'm not so sure about the frogspawn, on some days it expands less. It might be trying to split.

What are these worms and what should I do? Would you ignore these worms and transfer the corals to the display or treat the quarantine? I have Prazipro and Flatworm Exit at hand and wonder if either could be of any use.

Thanks!

Sorry for the double post, I didn't realize I did post it before creating my account ...

I decided I don't treat the quarantine as I don't want to lose my cuc but dip the corals during the transfer just in case. Thanks for the tips!
