Tiny brown anemone or macro?

I have a scant few of these in my 75 Live rock tank. It's 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch long. It appears to have a ring of tiny tentacles in a fringe around the top disk but it's hard to verify, could be just the lip of the disk. I haven't seen any of these move about and they are far apart.

OK, so attempting to move a rock to locate a specimen for photos inadvertently performed a simple test. Touching it made it retract into the rock, so it is a cnidarian.
