Tiny bubbles everywhere

Can't tell from photo, but it doesn't look like you have a lot of bubbles in the sump around the skimmer (inside the skimmer yes, but not outside right?). I'm leaning toward the bubble problem coming from your return pump. How deep is the water in the chamber where the return pump is sitting? Can you raise the ATO float a couple of inches so the water level in that chamber gets a couple inches deeper (this will lower your salinity and pH even more, so you will need to add more salt mix to makeup for the increase of fresh RODI water)?

Salinity is still a little low. You don't currently have any livestock in the tank right? If not, you might add a scoop of salt mix to the sump to raise salinity to 35 (this will probably increase pH a little as well, add a little at a time and wait a few hours for it to dissolve/mix before checking salinity again and add more salt mix if needed... go slow so you don't overshoot the target of 35ppm). If you do have animals in the tank now, maybe do a small water change with some high salinity lever water to increase the salinity level in the tank. ORP is not really a concern, and pH may improve after the skimmer runs for a few more days.

Great feedback and I appreciate your inputs... I will do what you said and go from there. Thanks again and I will keep you posted. Here is a pick of my current water level.
