Tiny Bugs/Flatworm? Bothering Zoas

Anyone have an ID on what these little things could be? Very tiny. Kind of a grey with white specks look. They don't move around much. Noticed them on closer inspection when my zoas didn't open one day.
Its the little speck at the base of the closed polyp right in the middle of the frag.

It's hard to tell from the picture. Can you take one with more white light?
