Tiny bugs?

I noticed today I have an explosion of these tiny critters. When I say tiny, I can't make them out even with a macro lens and zoomed in on my phone. They don't seem to move much. Any ideas?

So I forgot that I had a microscope. I took a sample and it appears to be an algae. Almost looks like phyto. I have dosed live phyto in the past. Guess it's plausible.
