Tiny clear shrimp thing on snail!

I was taking pics of my tank today and when I zoomed into my snail I saw something move. Oppon further study I found clear little shrimp like creatures with long whiskers. Can anybody identify them and if they are a pest how to get rid of them? Thanks!

This would be far Easier to show as a video how do you post videos? They look to be all over the surrounding rock too.

Its probably amphipods and copepods which are good.
