Tiny glass fracture line,. ? Is it ok?

The safe answer is "no". Any breakage (no matter how slight) in a tank that will be holding a relatively large volume of water results in a risk of a total tank failure. The problem is that you can't always see the full impact of the drop or bump or whatever it was that caused the damage you can see. It's possible that there's micro-fractures all throughout the glass just waiting for a bit of pressure - and perhaps some time - to break wide open...
The practical answer will depend upon your personal level of comfort with risk. If you are okay accepting that the entire tank might fail at some point (depositing a bunch of water and aquatic life) onto your floor, then unless you see visible signs that the tank is damaged during a leak test (which I would certainly recommend doing somewhere outside), you could likely continue to use the tank.

If it were my tank and less than 20 gallons I would be ok with it.

Is this a rimless tank? No bottom frame either? What size is the tank? Usually I refrain from commenting on these threads, because who are we kidding, no one truly knows if any tank is safe. Let alone one with a chip or crack. Having said that, this particular crack wouldn't worry me nearly as much as some of the others I've seen, from location alone. Have you water tested it?
