Tiny Jellyfish? With Video

While doing a water change, I show this little guy on the glass, then it starting swimming a like jellyfish. What is it? Leave it? Remove it? It's in my frag tank.

Does any fish or shrimp eat these?
Would you just suck them out when you see one?
I only have two clownfish in this tank, so they must not eat them.
