Its just fascinating that I started my tank with dead clean rock and live just comes from nowhere! First feather dusters now this little guys.

If you've added coral frags a lot of things, both good and bad, can come into the tank from the frag plugs. Especially if you don't dip them.
I have tons of pods amd bristleworms in my tank and ultimately no clue when or how they were introduced to my tank

i'm not certain about that tiny snail, but it could be a pyramid snail which is a pest. it's parasitic and will eat clams and other snails. i'd get it out just to be safe.
