Tiny little dots

Any chance anyone knows what these are?
You can't see them with your eyes, only been able to see them when using a macro lens.. They seem to be on the coral.. I first saw these a few months ago, while all my sps was dying, the ones dying seemed to have more of these on them... they dont seem to be harming any of my coral currently though... sps is starting to heal and things are doing well... any ideas?
Took a video when i saw them on the sps, and you can see them moving around very slowly.

Are they red, could be red bugs, but not 100%. Not sure how to eradicate them other than pulling the coral and dipping. But lets confirm before we treat
