Tiny lobster looking critters

[Renaissance corals]

They literally look just like lobsters. Two claws and the tail fans at the end. They move forward crawling more than swimming. And run away like a lobster.
Size about 1-1.5mm pictures below
I think i have seen some 2-3mm
I don't have any reef lobsters or shrimp (except for a tiny species of mysis shrimp . 5-1.0 mm)

I should have clarified whats in the tank. Everything was dry rock or frag racks. I did use live sand. Nothing new has been added in a few months. And the tank is about a year and a half old. They just kind of appeared yesterday. And there was probably about 100 to 150 of them

If I could get a side view picture you would see it looking more like a lobster. But its possible

Bingo we have a winner. Not sure what kind in particular but at least now I know where I need to be looking so thank you. P. S they seem to just be cleaning up detritus.

Unfortunately, I don't think either would survive shipping very well
