Tiny microscopic flatworms in substrate?

I was checking on my pod population with a usb microscope and noticed these tiny wormlike specs moving on the substrate. They look like some kind of flatworm but has many ciliate like features. Trying to determine if these are just babies or adult form and if they may present a threat later down the road.
