Tiny polyps?

Noticed some tiny polyps a wile ago in my tank, probably should have removed them asap... I did not. Could someone please identify what they are and/or if they are pests how to eradicate them. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, those aren't yellow polyps. They look like hydroids. I scrapped off some yellow polyps recently, and there are tiny ones growing back, and they don't look like that.
