Tiny retracting feathery hitchhiker?

Picture is terrible, I know. I just discover this tiny feather hand sticking out from a little rock I got some ricordeas on from the LFS about a month ago.
It’s tiny. And retracts quick if I get close to the rock…
Should I dip the rock? What could this be? Tiny aiptasia?
