Newbie question. I got an awesome LITTLE kryptonite mushroom shipped to me today. It detached from plug in shipping. How do I reattach such a small...maybe 1/4...probably a bit smaller, back to plug. It's a bit spendy, so don't want to screw this one up.

Several ways, depending on the size. (Can you sent a photo?) ... But as a for-instance, rubber band it either directly to the rock until it takes hold again; or use some screening material— even nylon stocking— anything to hold it in place for a few days in a low flow area.

I had the same exact thing happen. Apparently pretty common among mushroom corals that have a foot similar to a snail...I simply put it foot down on a small piece of rock an then set a clear Tupperware container over top of it to eliminate water flow pushing it back off. It reattached itself in 5 days.
