Does anyone know what these are and if theyre good or bad?

Looks like type of Nassarius though I have not seen that exact patterning before. These are good sand-sifters and will consume uneaten food.

I was hoping so as I have some of these in my tank but they are much larger these must have been babies my live rock is over a year old so maybe I got lucky and they reproduced

nassarius vibex. the smaller nassarius snail compared to the tonga nassarius which is the bigger, stockier version that at time gets confused for a whelk!
