Tiny Snail in Tank

I saw this little white snail about a half a cm long. I took the picture hours after turning the light off but I turned it back on to take the picture. I saw one about a cm long the other night but couldn’t get a picture.

Does anybody know what these are?
Are they harmless?

Looks like the nassarius vibex I just bought.

I believe it is harmless, looks like two I have in my tank, but I'm not an expert.
