tiny snails - opinion pls

I have these tiny snails that on the glass and only come out when the lights out. They stay small and I have been picking them out and they just keep reproducing.
Will they eat my sps and lps? Any suggestions on getting rid of them other than just picking them out?

They are collonistas and are fine.

they may disturb clams if you have them. I had an infestation of them. A Melenarous Wrasse took care of them..

is Melanurus wrasse jumper? I don't have screen on my tank. Will Melanurus eat my fire shrimp?

I don't have a screen and I have a fire shrimp (& Pistol shrimp) and I've had no problems.
