Tiny Urchin?

Searched but could not find any posts with this type of question/photo. I just discovered this last night on my new live rock and see it again tonight. No sightings during the day, but this is about the size of a pencil eraser. It looks like a small urchin, but I have never seen one this small. Any ideas/confirmation? Or is it something I do not want in the tank? TIA

That red light makes it impossible to determine what it is
Looks like an aptasia to emphasize the difficulty under red light

True, but it's the only way I could get a photo. Definitely not aiptasia as I have only observed after lights out and it does move slowly about the rock.
