Tiny white worms all over my rocks

What are these and what can I do about them? They are all over my rocks, probably hundreds of them. When I try to pick them off they seem to be hard/calcium based. I don't think they're vermetid snails because they look much smaller. Unless they are babies?

Looks like those tiny feather duster with red head. What do they do at night?

I haven't really observed them coming out during night time. But I haven't looked very closely. I'll check tonight

I have them. Forgot what they are called but read they are filter feeders. Not an problem my understanding that's a little shell type. Not a actual worm
