I was checking out some pods on the glass when I noticed a group of white worms about the same size as pods, just elongated and moving around on the glass. No discernable limbs, not free floating.
Should I be worried? First time i've seen them is today, and just the one group of about 4-5.

Can't get a picture at the moment, sorry.

Check out http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/ and see if it matches a Bristleworm (Polychaete - Dorvilleidae)

No, definitely not a bristle worm. The bodies were barely wider than copepods and 4X as long. No appendages or anything else visible.. just a white worm. I was thinking flatworm at first, but none from the hitchhikers guide look similar.

I did a little searching and the closest thing I can come up with is white planaria flatworms. I'm going to try and get a magnifying glass to see if they have spade heads, cannot tell with naked eye.
If it is white planaria flatworms, what would be the treatment? (no fish or shrimp in tank)

Are you sure they don't look like this?

Sounds like you're describing white flatworms. Here's a pic for reference.

Theses are harmless. But the red ones can harm coral.

I just found a very similar creature on my glass - how did this turn out for the op? Anyone else have any advice about these worms? I can’t get a good picture with my phone camera
