Hello everyone,
Any insight would be highly appreciated. I found tiny worms on sandbed and rocks. My tank is 5 months old. Apologies in advance for such a blurry picture. My phone cant seem to focus because they are so tiny.

It's too blurry to make any real identification possible. Do you have a traditional camera you can use? I've found those work better than phones.

I found another critter. It has a pinkish head. White/clear body and tentacles.

Took a better picture of it on the glass. Is it spionid?
Assuming it has four tentacles on its head, I'd say a Dorvilleid worm (a kind of bristleworm) - harmless/beneficial if so, but, like with all bristleworms, it's not a good idea to touch it because of its bristles.
