Tiny worms?

These little things are all over my glass. I wipe them off every now and then but they just keep coming back. No clue what they are. They move around a little bit. The rounded side seems to be the head while the side with the 2 prongs seems to be the back. They are very very tiny but there are hundreds of them all over my glass. Really hoping they are not harmful. Please help!

careful if you have too many, I've heard they release toxin when they die so if you have too many die at once it could be very toxic to the other tank inhabitants
