Happy to be here and just wanted to share and learn from reefers here.
Here's my 1mth old 100gallon mix reef tank.
The story starts.....
Happen to come across a reefer who's letting go this 4x2x1.5ft swallow tank....
Surprised that wifey approved me of upgrading my old 3x2x2ft tank to this beautiful 4ft.
It took about a week to arrange the delivery of the tank to me and I've already prepared 5 packs of Caribean LiveSand, Pink Fiji and Aquaforest Probiotic Salt, Pro F n P ready to fill it up with RODI water.
Redo abit on the piping and a new return pump.....cycle starts...
On the 12 days of Cycling......all parameters looks good....really impressed by the result using Aquaforest system.
Slowly shifting all corals and some fishes from old tank.....
This is how the tank looks like after 1mth...
Have add in a Calcium Reactor now
