Tips for Moving an Anemone

Hello,

I recently put an anemone in my tank. Unfortunately, it decided to move from its initial spot and situate itself deep in a rock crevice in the back corner of my tank. Any suggestions for how I can free it from my aquascape in order to re-move it to the front of my tank? I tried putting a few ice cubes near it and have also tried grabbing it when I could see its "legs," but I have been unable to grab it or wiggle it free.

What I've done is place a power head and kept the flow on it until it doesn't like the constant flow and decide to move or loose it's grip. Goodluck.

You can use powerhead trick to move it or you can rearrange the rock. Mine always moves when I do that.

But honestly if you want a coral or something to stay in the place you pick for it. Anemone isn’t the animal for you

They will go where they want not where we want
