My 90 gallon display has been over run by GSP (common problem I suppose). I'm thinking that the quickest remedy may be to replace the live rock but I'm not sure on the safest way to go about this. I'm worried about the biological filtration changes as well as stirring up the sand bed (not a DSB but things will get mucked up).
Any tips, tricks or suggestions?

There is more bacteria to convert ammonia in the sand than in rock. Just dont dig the sand up adn stir it around much. A little wont hurt
