Tips / Tricks for Photographing Fish?

Hello All,

Just to preface this I can barely take a picture of a non moving subject let a lone a fish ... maybe that is my issue.

Anybody have any tips on catching pictures of your fish? I am not looking for Nat Geo worthy photos but, can not seem to get a single clear shot. Using a Galaxy S9 which to my understanding should be able to take a decent photo.

The problem with phone is they don't take good picture of something that is skittish and move a lot. Take video and take the frame that look the best.
